Skin/exoskeleton/scales/markings: Opal-Pigmented White (with black boots).
Limbs: Loooooooooong. His tail looks prehensile. I'll bet it is.
Eyes: Large, with pale-grey irises.
Size/Physique: Medium-Large (17' tall, 40' long). He is very long. Lots of long everything. Even his gaze is rather long (what?). His body-length looks rather normal though.

Flight: He has wings, and they help him fly. Like the rest of his body they are long, graceful, and narrow.

If a dragon's abilities do not include some form of communication, it can be assumed that said dragon has weaker then usual telepathy--it may only be able to send and receive with a certain person, or it may simply be difficult to 'hear'.Isto did not inherit the abilities Telepathy and/or Verbal Speech. He has the same level of telepathy as any normal human - he will be able to communicate this way if/when he ever bonds to a dragon or other psionic. In the meantime, only a strong telepath can communicate with him without aid. In his human form however, he can speak; in any given form he can also understand words in any language he has learned.
Psionics: He did not not inherit any psionic ability. In addition to the lack of telepathy, he also cannot teleport and requires help to travel off-world.

The dragon can shape-shift into a mostly-human shape. The colour of the dragon's skin will transfer over from that of its body in dragon form; as will its hair and eyes. Shifting is accompanied by a flash of light.
Functional Magic: No description was given, though he inherited this ability. I'm going to assume he has a basic handle on magic in general; no specialties, no inclinations. He's kinda sparkly too!
