Name
Voivode
Meaning
"Voivode" in this case is more of a title than an actual name; he has no recollection of his birth name, but this mantle indicates his connection with the Romanian soldier and minor lord, Voivode Drackula, also known as Vlad Tepes (impaler).Age
25ish before death, about 2,500 years have passed since his death.Gender
MaleSpecies
Vampire; formerly human.Rank
Lord, formerly a soldier (rank equivalent to General).Duties
Feeding off the dregs of society, amassing vast amounts of wealth, tormenting his servants; otherwise whatever the hell he feels like.Birthplace
UnknownHome
Wherever his whims take him, nevertheless "home" has always required the presence of present-day luxury (which obviously has changed over the centuries).
Hair
Like a river winding through the countryside at midnight, Voivode's hair is gunmetal-blue and long, falling around his calves, mane-like and silky, and tied back loosely at the nape of his neck. Several thick ringlets fall about his head at different lengths, and that which is pulled back curls around in a loose spiral. His hair currently is a faded color of his once blue-black locks, but so much time has passed as to "bleach" it.Eyes
If his hair is abnormally light and blue, his eyes are even more striking. Once jet-black with just a hint of violet in specks around the pupil, they currently glow with dusky indigo flame. Large and only slightly upturned -- almost feminine the way some men's eyes can be -- they would be piercing in even a duller, more plain shade.Physique
By today's standards Voivode is quite short, standing at about 5'4 1/2". But considering the time-period he originates from, average certainly fits. His musculature is compact in general, strength and stamina already substantial from his military campains before undeath.Clothing
Voivode is careful to keep up on the trends wherever he takes up residence. Over the centuries he has learned how to fit in, wearing more utilitarian styles with that resplendent air that the rich cannot seem to shake. The balance seems to work, attracting just enough attention that people know he was there, but not that he did not belong.
Attitude
Rarely, if ever, feels sorry for himself. He doesn't think that way, born, raised, and died as a soldier. Oddly enough, with no masters of his own, feels little desire to wage war on anything or anyone, unless necessary.Likes/Dislikes
Takes quiet pleasure in life and the patterns of nature, particularly the ebb and flow of life, and the stars. Rarely misses daylight, for as a soldier he rarely enjoyed sunrises/sunsets anyway. Despises those who take advantage of a weakness to milk a situation for all one can, and despairs that so many think in these terms without realizing what they're really doing.Hobbies
Watching large groups of people as near to sunset and sunrise as he can manage. To him the sun's rays are magnified many times, similar to that of a person with acute sensitivity to it causing teary eyes and tingling in his skin. The challenge of staying up as "late" as one can is one he enjoys testing on a daily basis.Abilities/Talents
His ability to "call" blood is similar to that of one who can call any beast of a certain type to their aid. In this case, it is this call he uses to beckon his next victim. Through this ability, he is also capable of raising fresh corpses, though he has yet to perfect his technique.
Bondmate
Caifeng of the The Ring of Fire, wherein the Flight of the Dead was held.Significant Other
None, as far as anyone knows.Children
Probably several from before his death, which by now leaves his family scattered far and wide.Family
Unknown.Top of the page

weeksDuties
Keeping Voivode company and assisting him in any way possible, from relaying messages to aerial scouting.Birthplace
the Firelancer's office, Ring of Fire, Pre'Mian.Hide
Fox's body is glowing-white, easily mistaken for phosphorescence in any kind of dim light. Shadows play across its faintly rainbowy surface eerily, giving Fox the appearance of a ghost. His wing-sails are very dark, a navy-blue similar in color to Voivode's hair. Antennae serve dual purpose, one to attract prey with their glowing green bulbs, the other...?Eyes
Pupil-less and faintly pearlescent, his eyes are a striking purple color. They are best suited to nighttime and dim lighting.Physique
The flit is very streamlined, nevertheless with muscular limbs. This includes his wings which have only one digit supporting the sail - at the leading edge.Attitude
Like a perfect little soldier, Fox follows each order promptly and to the letter, to the best of his ability. His intelligence is above average for a flitter, and is capable of speaking a few words.Likes and Dislikes
Whatever Voivode likes, he loves. Whatever his master dislikes, he hates. Simple as that.
