Hide/Fur
Crayon-blue hide peeks out beneath a thick fluffy coat of reddish-orange fur with yellow tips. Delly looks like he jumped out of a Bunsen Burner and started dancing on the counter top. He might have too... His fur covers the backs of his wings, the spine along his neck and shoulders, the top of his head and ear-backs, along his jawline. His tail poofs into a great tail spade. All in all, his coloring is very hot.
Eyes
Unlike his Pernese ancestors, Delliath's eyes have vertical pupils surrounded by bright green. No, nothing about him is subtle, and he could never be very stealthy, but his eyes are very keen and he is ever watchful.
Physique
Only medium-sized for his ancestry, that is still more than respectable in any circle. His wings are wide and strong, as are limbs, making him a competent traveller both in the air and on the ground.
Appearance
One look at Delliath and one might have several ideas running through their head. Words like "llama," "drak," "fire demon," and "HOMG fluffy!!1!" might be included in there. He is, basically, the typical Western style dragon (four legs, one set of wings), with spine-ridges and a tail spade, plus thick, luxurious fur and long ears like a rabbit.

Additude
A genuinely carefree soul, Delly is both simple and intuitive. He does not require much attention, but rather sees that he gets as much as he needs by curling up around, or at least near Iggy. He leaves the heavy thinking to others, knowing there are plenty who are better-suited to planning than he. On the other hand, when given a task, he usually needs surprisingly few instructions, as he is good at observing a situation and working out what he needs to know in short order. His Pernese empathy aids in dealing with those around him without going insane from all of the outside "interference" from other minds.
Likes/Dislikes
He loves fire, though he is only capable of the firestone-assisted breath weapon. Therefore, when in his human form, he often wears black with flame patterns in blues and reds, and often keeps a lighter in his pocket. He has a phobia of large bodies of water, but rain, streams, and bottled liquids do not bother him very much. Not much else really excites, or disrupts him that much, because he is simply an all-around upbeat person.
Hobbies
None in particular, besides er... lighting small items on fire. He is however very good about fire safety, as Ignatius and others were very careful about instilling this into him at an early age. No sense in trying to repress a Fire dragon's element, therefore control was established very early.
