Hair/armor/feathers/fur: black-on-black jaguar roseattes. His wings are black along the leading edge; his long flight feathers are dark-grey. A fluffy ruff of silvery-grey fur runs from his chins, down his necks, and poof out over his broad chest.
Skin/exoskeleton/scales/markings: brown-and-light-green boa-like markings on a very snake-like green tail.
Limbs: Two heads, one set of feathered wings, one tail, four legs. His tail seems prehensile, though what would be large enough for him to climb on that his tail could latch onto, besides a mountain, is anyone's guess.
Eyes: A normal number (two) of eyes per head, each slitted and yellow like a cat's.
Size/Physique: 40' long, though admittedly, much of his length is in his tail. His body is stocky and very powerful, are his tail, necks, and wings.
Other: Since a hatchling, each of Baldamero's heads wears two golden hoops in the outer-facing ear. Did he have Yuzuki do it for him?
Agility: His ability to maneuver in tight spaces, fluidly and quickly, truly is awe-inspiring and reminiscent of the jungle cats whose blood flows through his veins.
Strength: He is extremely powerful, though speed for anything beyond short distances has not been put to the test.
Vocal Speech: Though he rarely chooses to use it, his voice is capable of human-like speech. From the lack of use and from his deep chest, a rumble issues from him that can rattle others. His heads speak in unison, for while they are capable of independent thought, they are usually in agreement. The right head is slightly higher in pitch, a fluted tenor, while the left is a deep, smooth bass.
Telepathy: He usually chooses to use his telepathy over his voice, mainly because he is so very large, and the vibrations from his voice have such an affect on those around him. Even when speaking silently, his "mental voices" are nearly identical to his verbal ones and have that interesting duality.
Teleportation: He loves to travel through the mist like Yuzuki can; this is an ability he shares with his sire. He is, however, capable of that instant teleportation that many dragons have.
Illusion: From his father he inherited the ability of Illusion; that is to walk almost "invisibly" or almost without detection. This comes in very handy when Yuzuki makes a trip back home to Sedona, where a non-traditional dragon would be frowned upon, and worse, a hydra would be feared and reviled. Because he is not actually invisible, he cannot move through spaces that are too small for him to move freely (such as through a crowd). Also, if one is looking for him specifically, are suspicious, or otherwise unaffected by "magic," they have a high chance of spotting him.
Shape-shifting: Though he may be able to shape-shift into other animals, Baldamero has focused his practice on the animals that "make up" him. For example, he can shift into a melanistic jaguar, a green boa, and a black bird. He has never tried a form that would walk upright; it seems too complicated to him.
From Darkling Dawn:
Baldamero is a mild-mannered, polite dragon who tries to seem unimposing. He is gentle and kind-natured despite a frightening appearance, so he tries his best to play down his hydra-ness. He is rather introverted, with a tendency to be clumsy or socially inept around other people, though he has the self-confidence to not let it bother him.
Attitude: Baldamero's actions reflect a care for himself, his immediate environment, and those around him. It may not seem apparent at first. His movements are slinky, almost as if he moves in slow-motion; he carefully looks around, making eye contact with others, then goes on his way. His large paws make hardly a sound. He actually watches where he steps, avoiding small creatures and plants underfoot if possible. He thinks carefully before speaking, though his social clumsiness makes articulation a little misleading, perhaps.

Plans: He rarely reflects on the past, unless it serves the present and future. His eyes are forever looking at the horizon or peering deeply into another's eyes. What are his plans for the future? One can be certain that they directly affect, or are affected by, Caero and Yuzuki, even if he cannot succinctly express what he wishes.
